ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Contact us at returns@adebcosmetics.com with your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
