All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier schedules.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, weight, and destination.

TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

All orders, whether domestic (within the U.S.) or international, may be subject to sales taxes, import duties, and/or other fees depending on your location, state, or country.
These charges are calculated and applied based on the shipping destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ADEB Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, custom processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that all orders are final. Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed through our automated system. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations under any circumstances.
